  I moved here in September 2016. I love this place! This is one of the best places I have lived at. The staff - Carissa, Kathy, Cherice, Roy, and Dan -  has always been accommodating, friendly, professional, and has addressed the couple of issues that I had. (I chose an unrennovated apt) If I needed maintenance done, they were there within a couple of hours. Roy even came out one weekend to help me out with something. The neighbors have been great, this place is beautiful and quiet, and very close to everything. I'm baffled by some of these negative reviews because this is not the staff that I've been dealing with since before I even moved in. They have always gone out of their way to do what they can to accommodate me in any possible way. They have always been kind and professional, never rude.  I have witnessed them handle potential residents & current residents, both in person & on the phone. Never have I heard them be rude. They have always been welcoming.
