  I have been a client of Jim's for over 7 years and have always trusted his advice and counsel. He is not one of those "hard sell" agents looking to win a trip by selling you additional insurance. His staff is always on top of things and even called me recently when I had sold my business and moved and did not get renewal notices(my fault) due to not notifying them of my address changes. He is a caring good man who can be trusted to give you only what you need.

  I moved here in September 2016. I love this place! This is one of the best places I have lived at. The staff - Carissa, Kathy, Cherice, Roy, and Dan -  has always been accommodating, friendly, professional, and has addressed the couple of issues that I had. (I chose an unrennovated apt) If I needed maintenance done, they were there within a couple of hours. Roy even came out one weekend to help me out with something. The neighbors have been great, this place is beautiful and quiet, and very close to everything. I'm baffled by some of these negative reviews because this is not the staff that I've been dealing with since before I even moved in. They have always gone out of their way to do what they can to accommodate me in any possible way. They have always been kind and professional, never rude.  I have witnessed them handle potential residents & current residents, both in person & on the phone. Never have I heard them be rude. They have always been welcoming.

  Jason Marker was my attorney for my work injury case. He was very professional, empathetic to my injury case. Marker & Associates was able to guide me to qualified doctors, that specialized in my particular type of injury, also they were able to work with my Workmanscomp insurance company , as well as negotiated a fair settlement in a timely manner. Marker & Associates also left no questions unanswered as well as provided complete transparency with the whole process from the start. I'm really great full for the referral to go through them. I will definitely refer friends and family if the need arise. Thanks again.

  Ron Kurza was absolutely wonderful to work with. As it was our first time in this situation, my sisters & I didn't know what we were supposed to do. Ron covered everything with us, explained different options & made appropriate suggestions. The facility is beautiful & extremely spacious. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Biedelan-Kunsch.
