  Great apartment complex. Kid and pet friendly and the staff is so awesome and friendly!! They are always so friendly and so prompt to respond to any work requests and/or phone calls. It's always nice to see happy smiling faces every time you walk into the leasing office!

  I lived here and had so many issues. Half my electricity would go out on and off. My windows constantly popped off the tracks. I had water damage on my ceiling with it cracking which maintenance just fixed with paint. It took months some times for maintenance to come out and fix things. Everything in my complex was falling apart always. On top of it all they lost their copy of my keys twice in 2 months. The only positive is Jackie who works in the office. She try's to help and make things better but it really doesn't fix all the wrong. I moved out recently and when I called to talk about why I had money taken out of my security deposit I spoke to Jennifer. She was super rude to me on the phone when I was trying to understand the payments, she became super rude. Started yelling at me that I shouldn't care because I don't live there any more and that if I had a question about payments I should've asked the 2 years I lived there. Didn't have questions until I was still paying for utilities a month after I didn't live there. I have 4 friends on the complex who will be leaving when their lease is up because of similar issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they get their attitude under control and upgrade their housing.

  I don't even know what to start with or how to even begin to tell you how bad this place is. I would never rent here ever again. Its not kid friendly. Creepy people that won't stop staring at your children. Way to many poisonous spiders get in the apartment, I have killed 5 to 10 a day for first few weeks. Windows Doors and door handles barely secure. The washer and dryer in the unit is so tiny that you are only able to wash few things at a time. If you ever wonder what it's like living in a dungeon go ahead rent this place, you have no privacy. You will have to deal with the extremely loud noise from your central air conditioning from inside to out, and every neighbor that makes any sound you get the privilege to hear everything they're doing. You hear every door open and close from all the surrounding units. Do you ever wondered what the heck the neighbor is cooking well not anymore you get to smell it all. If you like to take showers caution extremely sensitive water heater if someone turns on any water while you're in the shower you will get burned. The water fluctuates from cold to hot rapidly any steam that the bathroom creates sets off the fire alarms in the house. I will update this with more information later At least now you have a true reflection of this apartment complex.
